How to offer your invitation in more than one language
Turn on your event’s languages and each guest will see the buttons, menus and messages of their invitation in their own.
Where to find it

Before you start
- Having your event open.
Steps
- 1
Open “Settings” in your event header. You land on the “Event” tab.
- 2

- 3
Turn on the languages you want to offer your guests.
- 4
Mark “Main” on your event’s base language.
- 5
Tap “Save”.
Result
Your guests see the buttons, menus and messages of their invitation in their language. If you turned on more than one, the invitation shows a selector to switch.
Notes
Which language each guest sees: the one they chose last time in their invitation. If they haven’t chosen yet, the one on their phone or computer, if you turned it on. Otherwise, the main one.
What you write isn’t translated: your design, the RSVP form questions, the FAQs and the accommodation suggestions show exactly as you wrote them. To make your design change with the language, use “Show only if…” in the invitation editor.
The main language also rules your design: the dates and automatic details you insert in the invitation (event date, time, hosts) are written in the main language.
Every event starts in Spanish only. You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep it that way.
Common issues
It’s the main one. Mark “Main” on another language and then turn it off.
No problem: they’ll see their invitation in their device’s language, if it’s on, or in the main one.
Unsaved changes don’t carry over between tabs. Tap “Save” before moving to another one.
