How to change your event’s name and URL

The name your guests see and the address you use to open your event are changed from Settings.

Before you start

Steps

Open “Settings” in your event header. You land on the “Event” tab.

Change the “Name” or the “URL”. As soon as you change something, the buttons at the bottom turn on.

Tap “Save”. “Discard changes” takes you back to what you had.

Result

Your changes are saved. If you changed the “URL”, Keemo takes you to the settings at the new address.

Notes

Changing the “URL” doesn’t break the invitations you already sent: each guest’s link doesn’t depend on it.

“Settings” also has “Date and time” and “Invitation languages” on this same tab; the texts that go with your invitation, in “Messages”; and when guests see each section, in “Visibility”.

The arrow at the top takes you back to the screen you came from.

Common issues

Error message

That word is an address used by the app, like events or login. Choose another and “Save” turns on again.

Special case

Unsaved changes don’t carry over between tabs. Tap “Save” before moving to another one.
