How to see who RSVP’d and what they answered

The count of who’s coming, who isn’t and who keeps leaving you on read. Allergies included.

Before you start

Having guests in your list.

Steps

Read the totals in the event header: invitations, confirmed seats and attendees.

Check each row in your list: it says “Pending”, “Confirmed {n} of {m}” or “Not attending”.

Split them up with “Group” → “RSVP”, or with the “RSVP” filter.

Open a row and tap “See more” to see their form answers. To correct them, tap the pencil → “RSVP and seats”.

Export to Excel to see them all together: each question is a column.

Result

You have the count and the detail of every answer.

Notes

Keemo doesn’t notify you every time someone RSVPs. Check your list now and then, or group by “RSVP” to spot at a glance who’s still “Pending” and send them a reminder.

Common issues

No results

Turn on “Guest list” on your event’s home.

Special case

The list filters don’t include the form questions yet. Export to Excel and filter there.
