How to record an RSVP you got by phone

For the uncle who called instead of using the link. You write it down and it counts the same.

Where to find it

Guest list → click the guest’s row

Before you start

Having the guest in your list.

Steps

Open the guest’s row.

Under “Confirmed”, raise the number with “+” to the people who are coming. Keemo marks on its own that they confirmed by “Phone”.

If they’re not attending, leave “Confirmed” at 0 and tap “Phone” under “Confirmed via”.

Enter their answers, if they gave them to you: tap the row’s pencil → “RSVP and seats” → “Their answers”.

Result

The row changes from “Pending” to “Confirmed {n} of {m}” (or “Not attending”) and the event totals update.

Notes

“Their answers” has the questions from your RSVP form, such as allergies or plus-ones’ names. That’s also where you correct what the guest answered from their link.

Common issues

Special case

With 0 seats you need to tap “Phone” under “Confirmed via”: that way it shows as “Not attending” and not as someone who hasn’t answered yet.

Special case

Tap “Phone” again to remove it and put the seats back the way they were.
