How to download a guest’s invitation or ticket as an image

To send it another way, print it for the grandma who doesn’t use WhatsApp, or just show it off.

Where to find it

Guest list → click the row → “Download”. On mobile, “Download” on the guest’s profile.

Before you start

An invitation assigned to your event.

Steps

Open the guest’s row and tap “Download”.

Choose what to download: “Personalized invitation” (the cover with their details) or “Personalized ticket” (the ticket with their access code).

Result

An image downloads, ready to send or print.

Notes

The outside of the invitation is downloaded, not the inside. It’s one per guest; there’s no download of all of them at once.

The image comes out the way that guest would see it: in the language they chose in their invitation (or your event’s main one, if they haven’t chosen) and only with the elements that apply to them by their hashtags.
