How to send the invitation from your own WhatsApp
Copy each guest’s message and link and send it from your number. No limit on any plan, because you’re the mail carrier.
No limit on Free or Pro; it doesn’t count as a Keemo send.
Where to find it
Guest list → click the row → “More actions”. On mobile, “More actions” on the guest’s profile.
Before you start
- An invitation assigned to your event.
- The invitation message already written.
Steps
- 1
Open the guest’s row and tap “More actions”.
- 2
Choose how to send it:
- “Copy message and link” copies your already personalized message.
- “Copy link” copies only the link to their invitation.
- “Open message and link in WhatsApp” opens that guest’s chat with the message already written.
- 3
Paste or send from your WhatsApp.
Result
The guest gets your message, from your number, with their personal link.
Notes
Each guest has their own link. Don’t forward one guest’s link to another: whoever opens that link RSVPs on behalf of its owner.
Common issues
Your event doesn’t have an invitation yet. Open the invitation you designed and tap “Use in my event”.
That’s normal: that status only records what Keemo sends with “Notify”, not what you send yourself.
