How to add a guest
One by one, for the cousin who told you late or the friend who wasn’t in the spreadsheet. Unlimited guests on both plans.
Unlimited guests on Free and Pro.
Where to find it
Guest list → “New”. On mobile, the “+” button.
Before you start
- At least one host set up.
Steps
- 1
Tap “New”. On mobile, the “+” button. “New guest” opens.
- 2
Fill in “First name”. “Last name” is optional.
- 3
Type “Addressed as” if you like. It’s how they’ll appear on the invitation; for example, “Mr. and Mrs. Escalante”. If you leave it empty, their full name is used.
- 4
Choose who invites them in “Invited on behalf of...”.
- 5
Add at least one hashtag, like “#Family” or “#Work”.
- 6
Choose the “Seats” you give this invitation, from 1 to 10.
- 7
Type their “WhatsApp number” and check the country code.
- 8
Tap “Add”. The button turns on once the name, who invites them, a hashtag, the seats and the WhatsApp are there.
Result
The guest shows up in your list as “Pending” and the event counters update.
Notes
In Keemo each row is an invitation, not a person. If you invite the Escalantes with 4 seats, it’s a single row with “Seats: 4”; plus-ones aren’t entered by name.
Hashtags are your labels for filtering later: #Family, #College, #KidsTable. Make up whatever works for you.
Common issues
It’s required. If nothing comes to mind, #Guests works.
Type the number without the country code or spaces, and pick the country code in the selector.
Keemo doesn’t detect duplicates here. Delete the repeated row from “More actions”.
